Favicons are small icons that appear on browser tabs. You can easily add a favicon to your Account Engagement Landing Pages by following the steps outlined in this article.

Add Favicon to landing pages using layout templates

1. Upload a favicon file into Account Engagement. We recommend using a .png or .ico file.
2. Copy the file's link.
3. Create or edit the layout template you want to add a favicon to.
4. In the Layout tab, add this code in the <head> section: <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/png" href="YOUR_FILE_URL">
5. Replace YOUR_FILE_URL with the link to your favicon file.
6. Save your layout template.
Landing pages using the layout template will have your custom favicon.


Add Favicon to landing pages using stock templates

If you’re working with landing pages created with Stock Templates, you can place favicon code in the Scripts section.
1. Upload a favicon file into Account Engagement. We recommend using a .png or .ico file.
2. Copy the file's link.
3. Create or edit the landing page you want to add a favicon to.
4. Click page options.
5. Next to Scripts, click edit.
6. In the Scripts box, add this code: <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/png" href="YOUR_FILE_URL">
7. Replace YOUR_FILE_URL with the link to your favicon file.
8. Click Done to close the Scripts box, then click Done to close page options.

Your landing page will use your custom favicon.

Note: Since this coding isn’t in a standard location, this process may not work in all browsers. Because you can’t directly access the raw HTML of a stock landing page, there are no other options to include the code in stock templates. Account Engagement Support is unable to provide any additional troubleshooting.
