'Page not found. Please make sure that the url is valid' when you use the Send Account Engagement Email button

Beschreibung
If you are receiving this error message when trying to send an Account Engagement email, it might be due to the reasons below.
Lösung
Verify if any of the following are true:
1. Your Account Engagement user is assigned to the default Sales role.
2. Your Account Engagement user is assigned to a custom role that does not have the ability to 'View prospects not assigned to self.'
3. There is no related prospect record in Account Engagement, or if the related prospect record is in a [[crm_deleted]] or [[crm_merged]] status.

If either statement 1 or 2 of the above are true, then you won't be able to use the 'Send Account Engagement Email' button to send emails to records that are not assigned to you in Account Engagement. If you try to use the 'Send Account Engagement Email' button to send emails to records you don't own in Account Engagement, you'll see the error, 'Page not found. Please make sure that the url is valid.'

This is expected behavior in order for permissions in Salesforce to align with permissions provided by a user's role in Account Engagement. To resolve this and enable users to use the Send Account Engagement Email button to send emails to records that they are not assigned to, please use one of the below options:
1. Assign the default 'Sales Manager' role in Account Engagement.
2. If custom roles are available in your Account Engagement account, add the 'View prospects not assigned to self' permission to the custom role assigned to the user in question.
