Enable email link click tracking in Marketing Cloud

If your click-through rate shows as 0.0%, email link tracking is likely not enabled, and as a result no click data is being captured. To fix the issue, enable the "Track all Links found within this email" before sending an email.

Instructions for Email Studio

1. Click Email Studio | Email | Content.
2. Click the email content, then click Send.
3. Select the appropriate 'From Options'.
4. Click Next.
5. Select the appropriate audience.
6. Click Next.
7. Under Configure Delivery screen, select Track Clicks.
8. Click Next.
9. Select This information is correct and this email is ready to send.
10. Click Send.
