When your organization has Session Settings set to 'Enable caching and autocomplete on login page', or your users store or save passwords in their browser, they may encounter an issue when they attempt to log in to Data Loader via the OAuth option.
Data Loader is a client application. To start Data Loader, double click the Data Loader icon on your Desktop or in your Applications folder.
1. Click Edit List at the login prompt.
2. Remove the username you were trying to sign in with.
3. Select Log in with a Different Username.
4. Enter your login credentials.
