Marketing Cloud Email Tracking is delayed or incorrect for Opens, Clicks, Bounces, and Unsubscribes

When sending an email from Marketing Cloud and reviewing the Tracking data of the send, you may notice that numbers for Opens, Clicks, Bounces, and Unsubscribes are incorrect or are not updating as soon as the action happens.

Risoluzione

Tracking information for an email may not always be real-time and can take some time to populate the data.

If your tracking numbers are less than expected or appear incorrect:

  • If the send was performed during a period of high sending, allow additional time for stats processing 
  • If the tracking is still not appearing after several days, please contact Marketing Cloud Support with the job ID number so that we can investigate if there is an issue or if it is still processing.
