This article explains how to set up and troubleshoot myTrailhead access for users in Salesforce. myTrailhead is a customizable learning platform that enables organizations to create branded learning experiences. To access myTrailhead, users must be assigned a myTrailhead Permission Set License (PSL) and a custom Permission Set containing the required myTrailhead permissions.
If users are unable to access myTrailhead, complete the following setup process:
From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box and select Users.
Open the user record for the user who requires myTrailhead access.
In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
Select the myTrailhead Permission Set License.
Click Save.
Note: If the myTrailhead license is not available, contact your Account Executive to obtain the required license.
From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box and select Permission Sets.
Click New.
Enter the Permission Set details and select myTrailhead as the License.
Click Save.
Navigate to System Permissions.
Click Edit.
Select the required myTrailhead permissions and click Save.

Open the myTrailhead Permission Set.
Click Manage Assignments.
Select the users who require access.
Click Add Assignments.
