Use this article if you need to migrate or upload legacy Notes from the "Notes and Attachments" related list into Salesforce using the Data Import Wizard. This is common when consolidating data or onboarding records from an external system.
Note: In order to see the import results of the old Notes you must still be using Notes and Attachments. For more, please review Note and Attachment Fields.
Note: Add column(s) in addition to those above for your actual notes. These column's headers will become the title of the note record and the body will be the data below it.
The Recent Import Jobs chart on the Data Import Wizard home page lists the status and metrics of the data import. Alternately from Setup, enter Bulk Data Load Jobs in the Quick Find box, then select Bulk Data Load Jobs to view the status.
Note: "Bulk Data Load Jobs" is only available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer, and Database.com Editions
