Description
The CPQ package calculates and stores the End Date on Subscription Records. Learn why the End Date for Renewals preserves the original term on the Quote/Quote Line.
Résolution
This behavior is working as designed. The CPQ package calculates and stores the End Date on the Subscription records and will calculate and store the End Date for Renewals on the Quote/Quote Line, preserving the original term.

If you have a use case for using Subscription Term exclusively, you'll have to design a means to de-populate the quote line End Date field, or modify it to match your desired terms

NOTE: The End Date will take precedence over the Subscription Term field.
