To resolve, please try the following steps:
1. Ensure that the user who is receiving the error message currently has the "Account Engagement Package" permission set assigned to them in Salesforce. This permission set is available for use in Salesforce orgs with the the Account Engagement package installed.
2. If the error continues to occur specifically for a Account Engagement Visualforce element, confirm that the Visualforce elements are viewable to the affected user's profile. In Salesforce, this can be confirmed by searching within Setup settings for "Visualforce Pages" > click on the "Security" link to the left of any Account Engagement VisualForce pages displaying an error > select the affected user's profile > move from Available Profiles to Enabled Profiles.
3. If the error continues to occur specifically for Account Engagement components related to Salesforce Engage, confirm that the affected user is assigned a Salesforce Engage license and the Salesforce Engage permission set.
