Описание

The following error is known to occur when attempting to work with articles in a Community if 'Topics' are not enabled on Article Types.
 

This feature is not currently enabled either for this record type or the given user type or org.

 

Решение

An admin may enable 'Topics' for the desired 'Article Types' as outlined in the Enable Topics for Article documentation.
