The error "Subscriber was excluded by List Detective" occurs when List Detective blocks certain Domains or Usernames. When this happens, all email addresses that contain those domains or usernames cannot be imported or sent to from the Marketing Cloud.

Solución


How to resolve "Error: Subscriber was excluded by List Detective"

To allow these email addresses, enable Custom List Detective (using the instructions below) and our internal team will add the Domains or Username affected as an exception in the Custom List Detective feature.

Enable Custom List Detective
 

1. Log a Case with Salesforce Marketing Cloud support.
2. In your case comments, include the following details:
 

  • The email address(es) receiving the error, so that we can identify which domain or username is affected
  • The MID(s) you got the error on
  • Proof of Opt in for the user (how the client confirmed they want mail from you)

Once we receive your case and required details, we will work to have them added as an exception (if possible). 

NOTE: List Detective exceptions are added for the whole Enterprise account.
