In Salesforce Lightning Experience, organizations configured to use a language other than English may experience an issue where Standard field values on object records display as {0} or other placeholder characters instead of the expected translated label.
For example, if the organization's language is set to French, a standard field that normally displays a proper name and value in English may instead show {0} in Lightning Experience. The same field displays correctly in Salesforce Classic.
Note: This issue affects Standard fields and Standard objects in Lightning Experience only. It does not affect Classic mode.
You can update Standard field labels using the Rename Tabs and Labels feature in Salesforce Setup. This allows you to specify display names for Standard fields in any supported language.
