1. Go to the Sending tab of the email template builder.
2. Complete the Sender field. This is a requirement to save and publish the template.
NOTE: When designating the Sender as 'Assigned User,' 'Account Owner,' or 'Prospect CRM User,' you must also add a 'Specific User' or 'General User.' This requirement ensures that a Sender is populated in the event that a prospect does not have an Assigned User, Account Owner or Custom CRM User.
Designating a sender allows your templates to be used in 1-to-1 emails, autoresponder emails, or in Engagement Programs, if needed. If the email template will be used in list emails or elsewhere, you will still have the option to change the sender at that time.
