Unauthenticated Site Users Unable to See Images and Content

Udgivelsesdato: Jun 14, 2026
Beskrivelse

Guest users (unauthenticated visitors) who are unable to view images or content on a Salesforce Experience Cloud site — while authenticated users can view the same content correctly — may be experiencing a browser cache issue. Before troubleshooting the cache, verify that the site's content sharing settings are correctly configured:

  • The tile menu item is set to Publicly available so guest users can see it.
  • Let guest users view asset files and CMS content available to the site is enabled in Workspaces > Administration > Preferences.
  • Read access to Documents is granted to guest users.
  • The Chatter feature is enabled in Chatter Settings.

If all settings are correct and the issue persists, clear the browser cache as described in the Resolution.
