Guest users (unauthenticated visitors) who are unable to view images or content on a Salesforce Experience Cloud site — while authenticated users can view the same content correctly — may be experiencing a browser cache issue. Before troubleshooting the cache, verify that the site's content sharing settings are correctly configured:
If all settings are correct and the issue persists, clear the browser cache as described in the Resolution.
If site content sharing settings are correctly configured but guest users still cannot see images or content, clear the browser cache completely using the steps for the user's browser.
