To resolve the issue, clear the browser cache completely.

Before troubleshooting the cache issue, make sure that the settings are correct as per Tile Menu:

  • Select Publicly available if you want the tile menu item to show for guest users that aren’t members of the community.
  • Let guest users view asset files and CMS content available to the site in Workspaces | Administration | Preferences. Then, give read access to Documents.
  • Chatter feature should be enabled in Chatter Settings.

In Chrome Browser follow the steps below:

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + I or Go to options(top right) | More Tools | Developer tools

In Firefox follow the steps below:

  1. Go to options (top right) | Web Developer | Web Console
  2. Open WebConsole.
  3. Run the following command localStorage.clear() to clear localStorage.

  2. Open Advanced tab.

  4. Click Develop and you can then select Empty Caches from the submenu items.
