'Description' field is not available on 'Activity' reports

When trying to create a report on activities, the Description field is not available. This field is visible from Task and Event records but not available as a field in report.
Ratkaisu
The Description field in Activities reports is labeled as Full Comments.
Drag or add the Full Comments field to show the value of the Description field on the report.
