Error 'You no longer have access to fields or filters defined in this Calendar'

게시 일자: Oct 13, 2022
상세 설명

Users may notice that Events that are accessible in Salesforce Classic are not visible when they access the Calendar in Lightning Experience. Accessing the Calendar in Lightning Experience may also return an error message:

'You no longer have access to fields or filters defined in this Calendar. Either your Salesforce admin changed your field access, or a Salesforce User removed your filter.'
솔루션

This behavior occurs when the profile assigned to the user does not have the minimum requirements to display Calendars and Events in Lightning Experience.

1. Navigate to the profile of the affected user

2. Set Field Permissions in Permission Sets and Profiles to at least 'Read' access for all of the following Event object's fields:

  • All-Day Event: (IsAllDayEvent)
  • Subject: (Subject)
  • Start: (StartDateTime)
  • End: (EndDateTime)
  • Location (Location)
  • Description (Description)
Note: In Group and Professional Editions, the 'All-Day Event' field must be added to the Event layout. If the field is not the layout, the user will receive the access error.

 3. If you have this error in a community please check the Sharing Setting for the calendar object:

  • Setup | Quick find "Sharing Settings" | Search for "Calendar" Object |  Check if the Default Internal Access and Default External Access is set to "Hide Details and Add Events" | Uncheck if it is enabled
