Rich Text fields not supported in CRM Analytics

Description

CRM Analytics does not support the use of rich text fields and as such, attempts to digest them may result in unpredictable behavior.

 

Résolution

If the inclusion of a text field is required, plain text fields should be used in place of rich text fields where possible.
If the Rich Text field is ingested in Data sync, follow the instructions to Remove fields in Data sync.
