Task-based workflow not triggered on tasks created from Email to Salesforce

When a Task is created using the Email to Salesforce feature (or the Salesforce for Outlook "Add Email" functionality), Task based Workflow Rules are not evaluated.
Risoluzione
This is expected behavior. To work around this there are two options:
  1. The first option would be to implement an Apex Trigger on Tasks.
  2. If the user is using Salesforce for Outlook the Side Panel add email feature will allow the workflows to trigger.

Please promote the existing Feature Request to have Workflow Rules Trigger on Tasks created by Email to Salesforce
