Connect Facebook Ad Accounts to Journey Builder Advertising

In order for Journey Builder Campaigns to process correctly, you will need to authorize your Facebook Accounts in Advertising Audiences.

Note: If you do not have sufficient privileges to authenticate an account in Advertising Audience, please contact the Admin of the Facebook Ad Account who can adjust the permissions in the Facebook Business Manager.

Advertising Studio Campaigns has been deprecated so customers only need to authorize Ad accounts in Advertising Audiences.

Authorize Facebook Accounts in Advertising Audiences


1. Log in to the Marketing Cloud application.
2. Navigate to Advertising Audiences.
3. Click Administration.
4. Select the Facebook logo in the top left hand corner
5. Enter your Facebook User's account details, then follow the steps presented in the flow.
 

Do note that the user who authorizes should also be a Page Admin.
