When a list view is filtered by multiple fields AND filter logic is applied (for example, Filter Logic = 1 AND 2 AND (3 OR 4)), the list view may return no results or return results that differ from what is expected for Experience Cloud site users.
This is expected behavior if the Experience Cloud site user does not have access to all the fields used in the list view filters. When a user lacks field-level security (FLS) access to one or more filter fields, those filters cannot evaluate correctly, resulting in no results or unexpected results.
To view the desired results, the user must have at least Read Only field-level security (FLS) permission on all fields used in the list view filter logic.
To grant field access: Navigate to Setup > Profiles (or Permission Sets) > select the relevant profile or permission set > Field-Level Security for the relevant object. Set all filter fields to Visible for the user's profile or permission set.
If the System Administrator does not want to grant the Experience Cloud site user access to those fields, remove the inaccessible fields from the list view's filter criteria.
