The Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities report displays Campaigns that have Opportunities associated by multiple methods:
For a non-admin to see records in this report, follow the instructions for configuring Campaign Influence.
If the New button on the Campaign Influence related list on the Opportunity record is used to add the Campaign to the Opportunity, this will not result in the Campaign being displayed on the Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities report.
Note: The New button is only available with Customizable Campaign Influence where the Campaign Influence Model is NOT locked.
When the standard Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities report does not return the expected records. In this scenario, creating a Custom Report Type based on Opportunities with Campaign Influence provides an alternative view. Unlike the standard report, this type joins the Opportunity directly to the Campaign Influence record, allowing you to see all associated campaigns regardless of how the influence was recorded.
