What you can and can't do with Account Engagement Sent Emails

To access your sent list emails, navigate to Marketing > Emails > Sent (pi.pardot.com) or Account Engagement Reports > Marketing Assets > Emails > List Emails (Account Engagement Lightning App).

What You Can Do with Sent List Emails

- Hide them on the All Sent List Emails table using the gear icon on the right side of the table.
- Edit the completion actions. To edit the completion actions on a sent email:
- Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Sent (pi.pardot.com) or Account Engagement Reports > Marketing Assets > Emails > List Emails (Account Engagement Lightning App).
- Select the email.
- Click the Edit completion actions link at the top of the page.
- Using the gear icon on the right side of the table, click Show Message to see the email in the All Sent List Emails table, without opening it into another browser tab.
- Click Copy to create a copy of a sent email template and save it. You can find this copied template in email drafts.
- Click Pause to pause the queued emails. You can refresh the All Sent List Emails table to see the paused email.


What You Can't Do with Sent List Emails

- Recall it once it's been sent. It's like mail -- you can't unsend a letter once you've dropped it off at the Post Office.
- Delete it permanently in Account Engagement.
- Rename it in Account Engagement.
- Edit the subject or content in Account Engagement.
- Change the Account Engagement campaign it's associated with.

NOTE: Account Engagement Support might be able to help change the destination of a tracked link within a List email if it is wrong (however, there are number of caveats and limitations here). Please contact Support as soon as possible as these cases are time sensitive for proper effectiveness.
