Udgivelsesdato: Oct 13, 2022
Beskrivelse

In this case, we should be checking the Field Dependency.

To check the field dependency:

1. Go to the following click path :

In Salesforce Classic
Standard Object:
Setup | Customize | (name of standard object) | Fields | (object) Custom Fields & Relationships | Field Dependencies
Custom Object: Setup | Create | Objects | (name of custom object) | Fields | Custom Fields & Relationships | Field Dependencies

In Lightning Experience: Setup | Object Manager | (name of standard object) | Fields & Relationships | Field Dependencies

2. Check the affected picklist field, which might be a part of any dependency and may be controlled by another field.

3. Edit the dependency and make sure the new value has been added in the Dependent Picklist from the Controlling/Master Picklist.

4. To add a value, select the value of the Dependent Picklist and click Include Value.
5. Click Save.

After this, the values should be available for any records
