Focus is on the Help Text Icon Rather Than the Field When Record is Created in Salesforce Lightning

Description

When creating a record in Lightning Experience, if the first field on the page layout has Help text, the focus is then on the Help text icon rather than the field itself. 

Résolution

This is expected behavior as the record layout focuses on the first element of the layout. In this case, the Help Text icon is the first element that can be focused on, and it's on the top of the first field.

A new page layout will need to be created where the first element added does not contain Help text.  It is not possible to adjust the current page layout once that first element has been added.
