Description

The Campaigns with Campaign Member report type displays the created date of the Lead or Contact when the field Created Date from the Campaign Member object is displayed within a report.

Résolution


To display the date a Lead or Contact was first associated with a Campaign, add the 'Member First Associated Date' field to your Campaigns with Campaign Members report. This field specifically captures the timestamp of when the Campaign Member association was first established  not the creation date of the underlying Lead or Contact record
