Date de publication: Aug 3, 2023
Description

Lenses and Dashboards in CRM Analytics display a timestamp. This timestamp is determined by the most recent update date/time for datasets involved in that lens or dashboard.

Résolution

Lens Update Handling

Generally, lenses are driven by single datasets. Their update timestamp will be the same as the update timestamp on the related dataset.  The dataset timestamp can be found by navigating to the 'Edit' page of the dataset in the top section under 'Data Refreshed' and 'Last Modified'.

Dashboard Update Handling

If a dashboard contains components fueled by a single dataset, the update timestamp will be the same as the update timestamp on that dataset.
If a dashboard contains components fueled by more than one dataset, the update timestamp will reflect the most recently updated dataset.
For example:
  • Dashboard contains references to Dataset A and B.
  • Dataset A was last updated at 8:00 am.
  • Dataset B was last updated at 10:00 am.
  • Dashboard will display 10:00 am.
Note: This may result in perceived data discrepancies if not all datasets are regularly updated.
