Error 'NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user' when you use Checkout

When you try to access Checkout, you may observe the error message below:

We can't log you in because of the following error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator. NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user.
 
Ratkaisu

This may happen when the the impacted users profile does not have the "Manage Billing" permission. To resolve the error, grant 'Manage Billing' to the user through their Profile or an assigned Permission Set.
