When attempting to access Checkout in Salesforce, users may encounter the error: 'NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user.' This error is displayed when the system is unable to authenticate the user into the Checkout experience. The error message typically reads:
'We can't log you in because of the following error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator. NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user.'
This error occurs when the impacted user's profile does not have the 'Manage Billing' permission, which is required to access Salesforce Checkout. To resolve the error, grant 'Manage Billing' to the user through their Profile or an assigned Permission Set.
