Description

Reasons for performance issues in the Report Builder

  • The Permission Sets assigned to the User are in excess of 50
  • The number of Records being returned by the Report is more than 2,000
Resolution

Recommendations to improve Report Builder load speed

  • Review the details in our Improve Report Performance: Best Practices documentation
  • Restrict the number of Permission Sets assigned to the Running User to no more than 50
    • If you find that a User requires more than 50 Permission Sets, we recommend you revise or condense them as appropriate
    • Merging said Permission Sets may be worthwhile to eliminate duplication (Permission Set Groups)
