Account Engagement prevents customers from sending emails from a domain if that domain is not already configured as an email sending domain in the account.
Risoluzione

If you do not wish to use the domain, you can edit the email draft to change the sending user. If you do wish to use the domain, it can be configured in Account Engagement as outlined here:

If the domain is used in other account, your IT team will need to be engaged to add the unique validation key for each account the domain needs to be used.
