Exporting Unmailable Account Engagement Prospects

Unmailable Prospects are prospects who have opted out of email communication in Account Engagement, were imported as a "global opt out", were manually marked as “Do Not Mail”, or had a hard bounce (or 5 soft bounces) when emailed through Account Engagement. From time to time, you may want to export unmailable prospects for reporting purposes.

Export prospects

1. Navigate to Prospects > Prospect List.
2. Change the View at the top of the prospects table to Unmailable Prospects,
3. Change Date range to All Time and click Go.
4. Click Tools and select CSV Export.


In Account Engagement Lightning App

1. Navigate to Prospects > Account Engagement Prospects.
2. Select the dropdown on the left and choose ‘Unmailable prospects’.
3. On the right, click the filter icon and choose filters “Created” & “All time” then click Save.
4. Click the dropdown at top right and choose the prospect table action ‘CSV export’.

 

Smaller exports will download immediately. Larger exports will be placed in a background queue for processing and you will receive an email with a link to download the file. 


Notes

  • By default, the system will perform an "Express Export." An express export includes all default prospect fields, scores, and grades but does not include custom fields. This export will run much quicker than a full export that includes custom fields. It is recommended in most cases that you do not run a full export unless it is necessary to analyze or access custom field data.
  • Even with a full export, any bounce reason data for the prospect will not be included. If you are looking for that information specifically, we recommend running a report in Salesforce, which includes the "email_bounced_reason" field. Account Engagement maps to this field by default and will supply relevant bounce messaging. 
  • If you are exporting a large number of prospects, you may see the message "You will be notified via email when your exported file is ready".
