When navigating Experience Builder and setting up the login page and the registration page, components related to these pages are missing. These components are also known as Identity components. This issue could result in the following scenarios:
Identity components (Login, Self Registration, Forgot Password, Check Password, Login Error) are only visible when you are editing Login pages in Experience Builder. They do not appear on standard pages or custom pages in Experience Builder. Make sure you are navigating to a Login page before looking for these components.
Missing Identity components are caused by a permission that needs to be enabled in your organization. To resolve this, you must Create a Support Case to enable the permission. When submitting the case, make sure to:
While waiting for the permission to be enabled in your organization, you can temporarily use the default login page so that Experience Cloud site users can still log in.
