Field Service (FS) is a powerful set of features in Salesforce for setting up and customizing a field service management hub. Field Service allows businesses to manage work orders, service appointments, service resources (technicians), and dispatching.
The Field Service managed packages extend Salesforce's standard field service features and deliver a highly customizable experience for dispatchers and technicians in the field.
