No data populated in Last Interaction or Next Interaction fields

'Last Interaction' and 'Next Interaction' fields will only be populated by Events or Tasks with "Task Subtype" equal to "Call".

These Activities must use a Record Type defined in the "InteractionFieldUpdates" Custom Metadata Type. Additionally, the Contact field on the Activity must lookup to the Client's Contact record.

At the Household/Group level the Next Interaction and Last Interaction dates are based only on the Primary Member's Events and Tasks.

Note: The "Task Subtype" field can only be set when you first create a Task.
