Permissions required to access Reply Mail Management (RMM) in Email Studio Admin

Access to Reply Mail Management (RMM) in the Marketing Cloud is controlled by the Update Account and Security Settings permission.

Løsning

If you don't have access to RMM,, contact your Marketing Cloud account administrator and request an update to your user permissions, there are two places to amend this Permission.
 

Steps for admins to update user permissions for RMM access:
 

Within Setup
  1. Go into Setup from the menu under your Name
  2. Under the Administration section, expand Users
  3. Check the box next to the User to apply the Permission
  4. Select Manage Roles
  5. Then select Edit Permissions | Expand Administration | Account | Allow Update Account and Security Settings
  6. Log out of the Account and re-login to verify.

Within Email Studio
  1. Go to Email Studio | Admin
  2. Click My Users
  3. Check the box next to the User to apply the Permission
  4. Select Manage Roles | 
  5. Then select Edit Permissions | Expand Administration | Account | Allow Update Account and Security Settings.
  6. Log out of the Account and re-login to verify.
