Remove noreply@salesforce.com or 'Sent on Behalf of' from Salesforce Outgoing Emails

Publiceringsdatum: Jun 11, 2026
Beskrivning
When the Enable Sender ID Compliance setting is turned on in Salesforce email deliverability settings, Salesforce automatically adds "no-reply@salesforce.com" to the Sender field of all outgoing emails sent from Salesforce.
Sender ID Compliance is an email authentication standard that verifies the sending server is authorized to send on behalf of the From domain. When enabled, it inserts a separate Sender address, which some email clients display as "Sent on behalf of."
This behavior occurs because the sending domain (salesforce.com) does not match the From domain (your organization's domain). Disabling the Enable Sender ID Compliance checkbox in Setup removes both the "noreply@salesforce.com" address and the "Sent on behalf of" phrase from outgoing emails.
