'Archived CRM Campaign Status Alert' Account Engagement System Email

From time to time, you may receive an Archived CRM Campaign Status Alert email from Account Engagement.

The email will look something like this:
Archived CRM Campaign Status Alert for Account: Your Account
The following marketing assets have been affected by an archived Salesforce.com campaign member status. Please verify that they are still functioning the way you intended.
Asset 1
Asset 2
Sincerely, The Account Engagement Team

Why did I get this email?

These alert emails indicate that a Salesforce campaign was recently archived, and this may have impact on the way that Salesforce and Account Engagement interact. The list of assets indicate which assets in Account Engagement may be affected as a result of the campaign being archived.
 
Note: When campaign statuses are added in Salesforce, regardless of the Campaign Status label, they will be assigned with new internal IDs. This makes the previous campaign statuses appear to be archived, since they were assigned new internal IDs.

Another possibility is that you recently added Connected Campaigns in Account Engagement.

Do I need to take any action?

Check the assets listed in the alert email to make sure they are still functioning as intended.

In case of the Connected Campaigns, check this article to decide whether you prefer to keep this feature enabled or you prefer to disable it.
 

Who are these emails sent to?

Those emails are sent out to all users with an Admin role in Account Engagement. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to change this default behavior.
