Salesforce CPQ comma-delimited Filter Value field requires an equals operator

Comma-delimited values in the Filter Value are supported in the following Salesforce CPQ objects:

  • Error Condition (API Name: SBQQ__ErrorCondition__c)
  • Price Condition (API Name: SBQQ__PriceCondition__c)
  • Summary Variable (API Name: SBQQ__SummaryVariable__c)
  • Custom Action Condition (API Name: SBQQ__CustomActionCondition__c)
  • Approval Condition (API Name: sbaa__ApprovalCondition__c)
  • Approval Variable (API Name: sbaa__ApprovalVariable__c)
However, if using an Operator field (API Name: SBQQ__Operator__c) of any value except for 'equals' will result in no results returned for the Filter Value. 
Important: Comma-delimited fields work only if the data type is a string.
솔루션

Utilizing comma-delimited values in the Filter Value field is only supported using the equals operator. If the 'equals' Operator is not used, no records will return. If you need to use a different operator, change the filter criteria information to not have comma-delimited values to correct the setup.
