GoToWebinar Connector will not verify in Account Engagement

When trying to verify a GoToWebinar connector, you see the following error message:

'The GoToWebinar account you authorized with organizer key ################### has already been authorized for the following GoToWebinar connector username(s)'

A GoToWebinar connector may be associated with a set of login credentials but it can be changed. If one previously verified connector is deleted and the same credentials are used on a different connector, that will result in the above error message during verification. It is necessary to restore the previous connector and then update the credentials.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the Connectors module in the Recycle Bin - 
— In Account Engagement Classic: Admin > Recycle Bin > Connectors
— In the Lightning APP: Account Engagement Settings > Recycle Bin > Connectors
2. Undelete the GoToWebinar connectors one at a time.
3. Go back to the Connectors page, on the GoToWebinar that has been undeleted, click the Gear icon and select Edit.
4. Change the username to a new one and Save Connector
5. You will be redirected to GoToWebinar login page, re-enter the email address used for the username and password to verify the connector.
