You may receive the errors below when you add an attachment to an email in Lightning.
These errors typically occur when the Content Deliveries feature or the Create Public Links permission has not been enabled in Salesforce. Content Deliveries allow users to create links to files that can be shared externally. The 'Create Public Links' permission is required for sharing files via links, and 'Deliver Content' permission is needed for creating content deliveries in Classic.
To resolve these errors, you need to enable the appropriate permissions or settings in Salesforce. The solution depends on which experience (Lightning or Classic) the user is in, and whether the issue is related to file size limits, permissions, or the Content Deliveries feature not being activated.
This permission lets Users create links to share files externally. Take note though that public links can't be password protected.
This setting lets Users create links to files in a library. Note that the steps below can only be done in Classic.
