    2. Click on Profiles
    3. Find the desired profile name and select Edit
    4. Scroll down to Administrative Permissions and select Create Public Links
    5. Click on Save

Note: This permission was previously called 'Create and Share Content Deliveries for Salesforce Filesbut has since been renamed in Winter '18 for clarity.

Enable 'Deliver Content' - Classic Only

This setting lets Users create links to files in a library. Note that the steps below can only be done in Classic.

    2. Find the user's library permission or create a new one if it doesn't exist

Sometimes, these errors may occur when sending emails with attachments that exceed your Salesforce org’s file size limitations. To check and adjust this setting:

    1. Navigate to Setup → Email Attachments.
    2. Review the Attachment Settings.
    3. If the maximum size is set to a low limit (for example, 3 MB), consider changing it to:
    4.  “Include as attachment up to Salesforce email size limit or as links if more.”

Note: If the content permission is not available, make sure that you have "Autoassign feature licenses to existing and new users" and Salesforce CRM Content enabled first. If it still does not show up, then you may need to Create a Support Case to request Support to enable the Content Delivery setup on your organization. For more information, review Enable 'Content Deliveries'.
