This article explains how to send automated SMS texts or messages using LiveMessage Classic by configuring Process Builder to trigger scheduled messages based on record changes. Note: Process Builder is deprecated as of Spring '23. For new implementations, use Flow Builder with the "Send SMS" action instead. This article is retained for customers on legacy LiveMessage Classic configurations.

LiveMessage Classic supports automated messages being sent through Salesforce using Process Builder. In this example, if a Case is set to status "New", send a text to yourself.
