Marketing Cloud Engagement - Import or Export buttons unavailable for a Data Extension

Missing the Import/Export button means a user is missing the required permissions to access the button.
솔루션

If your user is unable to view the Import/Export button or the button is greyed out within the Data Extension, as a System Admin you can assign the required permissions for the user's Profile:

 
  1. Log in to the Marketing Cloud application
  2. Hover over the Welcome [Username] section on the top right-hand side of the page
  3. Click 'Setup
  4. Go to Users | Users
  5. Check the box in front of the username of the user that cannot see or use the button
  6. Click 'Manage Roles'
  7. Click 'Edit Permissions'
  8. Open EmailSubscribers
  9. Check the 'Allow' permission for Data Extension
  10. Click 'Save'
