Collaborative Forecasting in Sales Analytics App


Modern versions of the Sales Analytics App include support for Collaborative Forecasting for certain Forecast Types. If you are not using one of these supported Forecast Types, the Collaborative Forecasting tile in the "Custom" settings section of the App Configuration Wizard will be unavailable.

Supported Forecast Types

The Sales Analytics App supports the following Forecast Types:

  • Opportunity (Revenue)
  • Opportunity Revenue Splits


If you choose to use another Forecast Type, such as New Bookings or Product Families, it is required to export your quota data to CSV and upload the csv file into a dataset. Please follow this article for more detail.
