Deployment Channels Missing on Einstein Bots After Sandbox Refresh

After refreshing the sandbox, the Channel Deployments on Einstein Bots are not copied into the latest sandbox and are not present on the Bot Overview page. The page displays the message, "You haven't added any channel deployments for your bot."

 However,  when viewing the button, the bot is assigned to the button and the button cannot be removed.  

Løsning

Currently, this is working as designed and the Bot Channel Deployments are not copied during a refresh.  In order to remove the button(s) associated with the Bot Channel Deployment, perform the following steps:

  1. Add the chat button(s) to the bot on the new sandbox. 
  2. After adding them, find the re-added Bot Channel Deployment list items and remove them.  When this is complete, the buttons on the bot configuration are also removed.
