How to Mass Archive Salesforce Knowledge Articles from List View

In Salesforce Knowledge, archiving removes published articles and their translations that are obsolete, so they are no longer displayed to agents and customers across your organization's knowledge channels.
Users can mass archive Salesforce Knowledge articles directly from the Published Articles list view in both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic — no need to archive articles one at a time.
Note: Mass archiving Salesforce Knowledge Articles via Data Loader is not currently supported. Please upvote the Mass Archive Knowledge Articles idea on IdeaExchange to help prioritize this feature.

Mass Archive Salesforce Knowledge Articles in Lightning Experience

  1. Log in to Salesforce.
  2. Go to the Knowledge tab.
  3. Go to the Published Articles list view.
  4. Select the articles you would like to archive.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow icon.
  6. Select Archive.

Mass Archive Salesforce Knowledge Articles in Salesforce Classic

  1. Log in to Salesforce.
  2. Go to Article Management.
  3. Go to the Published Articles list view.
  4. Select the articles you would like to archive.
  5. Select Archive.
