Maximum Number of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards a User Can Subscribe To

Description

In Salesforce, subscription limits vary by edition. Unlimited Edition users can subscribe to up to 15 reports and 15 dashboards. Users on all other editions can subscribe to up to 7 reports and 7 dashboards. In Salesforce Classic, the limit is 5 subscribed reports. Portal users cannot subscribe to reports.

Resolution

The maximum limit of 15 is hardcoded and cannot be increased further. For additional information, refer to Reports and Dashboards Limits, Limitations, and Allocations.

Notes:

For Salesforce Classic: The limit of subscribed reports is 5.
For Lightning Experience: The limit of subscribed reports for Unlimited Edition is 15. The limit of subscribed reports for other Editions is 7.
Portal Users cannot subscribe to a report.
