When attempting to view subscribers on an Auto-Suppression List, there is a limit to the number of subscribers that can be viewed.
To view all of the List's subscribers, you will need to export the List from the Marketing Cloud application.
Here's how to export the Marketing Cloud Auto-Suppression List:
1. Create a Data Extract activity with the desired name.
2. Enter a File Naming Pattern for the file to be produced, including the file extension. For example: "Autosupp.csv"
3. For "Extract Type," select Data Extension Extract.
4. Under "Fields," set the "Column Delimiter" as comma (",").
5. In the "DE Customer Key" field, enter the External Key of the appropriate Auto-Suppression list.
1. Create a File Transfer activity with the desired name.
2. Under "Source," set the "File Location" as EnhancedFTP.
3. Enter the same File Naming Pattern as used in the "Data Extract" activity in steps above. For example: "Autosupp.csv"
4. Click Save.
5. On the main "File Transfer" page, select your newly created activity.
6. Click Start.
After the above steps are completed, the file will show in the "Import folder" of the account's FTP.
To remove a subscriber from the Auto-Suppression list, follow this click-path:
Admin | Send Management | Auto-Suppression Configuration | Open Auto Suppression list | Select subscriber | Delete
Auto-Suppression lists can also be modified by being overwritten using an Import Activity in Automation Studio. After exporting your Auto-Suppression list via Data Extract, as mentioned above, you can update the list and then import the updated list in Automation Studio using an overwrite import update type.
Note: To query this information and move the data to a Data Extension, refer to our 'Query Activity ' documentation.
