This error occurs when the 'API Enabled' permission has not been assigned to the User, either at the Profile level or through a Permission Set.

Risoluzione

Configure Permissions for Omni-Channel tab access in Classic

1. Click Setup.
2. Click Manage User.
3. Select Profile.
4. Click Edit next to Profile.
5. Select API Enabled.
6. Click Save.

Configure Permissions for Omni-Channel tab access in Lightning

1. Click on the gear icon then Click Setup.
2. Under 'Administration' | Click Users.
3. Click Profiles.
4. Click Edit.
6. Check on 'API Enabled' under Administrative Permissions.
7. Click Save.


OR
1. Create a Permission Set with 'API Enabled'.
      - Please here for how to create a Permission Set
2. Assign the new Permission Set to the affected User.


Note:
For Professional Edition customers, please reach out to your Account Manager to have the permission enabled.
